Medical training simulator
Medical training simulators are manikins, task trainers and anatomical models used to teach and practise clinical skills without a real patient. They are used in medical and nursing schools, hospital skills labs, emergency services and first-aid training centres.
Common types
- CPR manikin: an adult, child or infant torso for practising chest compressions and ventilation, often with feedback.
- Task trainer: a model of one body part for practising a skill such as IV access, suturing or intubation.
- Full-body patient simulator: a computer-controlled manikin that shows vital signs and responds to treatment.
- Anatomical model: a skeleton, organ or system model for teaching anatomy.
- Obstetric and neonatal simulator: models for practising delivery and newborn resuscitation.
What to tell us when you ask for a quotation
- Type of simulator and the skills it must support
- Age group (adult, child, infant or newborn) and level of realism
- Feedback features: compression depth and rate, ventilation volume, software and tablet
- Replaceable parts and consumables (skins, veins, lungs, airways) and their supply
- Language of software and manuals, and power or battery requirements for electronic models
- Quantity, destination country and the delivery terms you want (for example EXW, FOB or CIF).
Documents to ask for
Training simulators are not usually medical devices, so buyers ask instead for the maker's quality certificate (often ISO 9001), material declarations, and CE marking for electronic models.
Certificates and registrations belong to the product and its manufacturer. We check them with you against the rules of your market before any order.
Do simulators need replacement parts?
Yes. Skins, vein pads, lungs and airways wear out with repeated practice. Buyers should order a stock of spare parts with the simulator and confirm that further spares can be supplied for several years.
Send us the specification and quantity. We compare manufacturers in China and reply with options, lead times and the documents that come with each product. NJMC sources and checks; it does not manufacture.
