About NJMC Medical Supplies

NJMC Medical Supplies Co., Ltd is headquartered in Jianye District, Nanjing. We source active pharmaceutical ingredients, excipients, medical consumables, devices and equipment from manufacturers in China and India, on behalf of hospitals, pharmaceutical manufacturers, distributors and healthcare institutions.

We are not a manufacturer. We do not own production facilities and we do not represent a single factory. That independence is deliberate, and it is what allows a shortlist to reflect your specification rather than our inventory.

We also build our own software. PharmaTrust is a product of NJMC Medical Supplies Co., Ltd: a certificate of analysis review platform that reads a supplier's COA and lays out the findings against the applicable specification. We built it for our own sourcing work, and it is now available to other buyers at pharmatrust.tech.

Leadership

The business is led by Dr. Qaria, a biomedical scientist who has personally sourced and supplied active pharmaceutical ingredients and excipients. His research background, affiliations and publication record are set out on his profile site.

This matters more than it might in another industry. Sourcing intermediaries are ordinarily commercial businesses, and the questions that decide whether a material is usable are technical ones. Reading an impurity profile, understanding why a polymorph matters, knowing that a compendial excipient can still be the wrong excipient: these are not commercial skills.

How we work

Most of the value in sourcing sits in the checking rather than the buying. Anyone can find a supplier. The work is confirming that the supplier is what it claims to be, that the certification is current and belongs to the site producing your goods, and that the documentation will survive contact with the regulator in the importing country.

We sit between two systems that rarely speak the same language: a manufacturing base across China and India, and a buyer operating under a different regulatory regime. Being physically in Nanjing, and working in English, Arabic and Chinese, is what makes that translation possible in practice rather than in principle.

Buyers in any country. Each has its own expectations around documentation and approval, and we treat them separately rather than assuming a certificate that works in one will work in another.
