A purchase list rarely comes from one factory. APIs, excipients, consumables and equipment each have their own makers, and finding a credible source for every line, from another country and in another language, is slow work.
Send us the list as it is: a spreadsheet, a Word or PDF file, or a photo of a printed order. We read every line and match it against our supplier records, built over three years of sourcing and at trade exhibitions in China.
What you get back, line by line
- Whether we hold a source for the item, and whether that source manufactures it or trades it.
- The documents the source has shared with us, such as a CEP, DMF, GMP or ISO certificate or CE marking, with the expiry dates stated on them. Checking those documents is our independent verification service.
- A quotation for the lines we can supply, once the source has priced them.
- Lines we cannot source credibly are marked as such, never filled with a guess.
Every source can be checked before you commit. Any certificate of analysis can go through the certificate check, and any supplier through our independent verification. We find the source, we check the paperwork, and on request we check the factory and the goods.
