  • Reinforced surgical gown: extra layers in the front and sleeves.
  • Isolation gown: for patient care.
  • Coverall: full body protection for infectious disease response.
  • Reusable gown: washed and sterilised between uses.

Documents to ask for

Buyers ask for CE marking with EN 13795-1 for surgical gowns, AAMI PB70 level for US markets, EN 14126 for infective agent coveralls, which are PPE under Regulation (EU) 2016/425 rather than medical devices and ISO 13485 for the maker.

Certificates and registrations belong to the product and its manufacturer. We check them with you against the rules of your market before any order.

What is the difference between standard and high performance gowns?

Under EN 13795-1, high performance gowns have stronger resistance to liquid penetration in the critical zones. They are used for longer or wetter procedures.
