Cleanroom and purification equipment

Cleanroom and purification equipment controls airborne particles, pressure, temperature and humidity in enclosed spaces. Hospitals use it for operating theatres, isolation rooms and IVF labs, and manufacturers use it for GMP production and sterile compounding areas.

Common types

  • Modular cleanroom panels: wall and ceiling panels for clean areas.
  • Laminar flow ceiling: delivers filtered air over an operating table.
  • Fan filter unit: ceiling module with a fan and HEPA filter.
  • Pass box: transfers materials between rooms with interlocked doors.
  • Air shower: removes surface particles from staff entering a clean area.

What to tell us when you ask for a quotation

  • Cleanroom class and room dimensions
  • Air changes per hour and pressure cascade
  • Panel material and thickness
  • Filter grade and fan filter unit count
  • Temperature and humidity control
  • Monitoring system and power supply
  • Quantity, destination country and the delivery terms you want (for example EXW, FOB or CIF).

Documents to ask for

Buyers ask for design documents and test reports showing classification to ISO 14644-1, filter test reports to EN 1822 or ISO 29463, and material fire ratings.

Certificates and registrations belong to the product and its manufacturer. We check them with you against the rules of your market before any order.

What does ISO class mean for a cleanroom?

ISO 14644-1 classifies cleanrooms by the number of particles of given sizes per cubic metre of air. A lower class number means cleaner air.
