CPAP / sleep therapy device

CPAP and bilevel devices deliver air under positive pressure through a mask to keep the airway open or support breathing. They are used for obstructive sleep apnoea at home, and for non-invasive ventilation in hospitals, alongside sleep diagnostic equipment.

Common types

  • Fixed CPAP: delivers one constant pressure set by the clinician.
  • Auto CPAP: adjusts pressure through the night based on detected airway events.
  • Bilevel device: separate inspiratory and expiratory pressures for patients who need more support.
  • Home non-invasive ventilator: bilevel with backup rate for chronic respiratory failure.
  • Sleep diagnostics: polysomnography systems and home sleep apnoea testing devices.

What to tell us when you ask for a quotation

  • Device type (fixed CPAP, auto CPAP, bilevel, home ventilator) and pressure range
  • Integrated humidifier and heated tubing
  • Masks: nasal, nasal pillow or full face, with sizes
  • Data recording and reporting software, and remote monitoring options
  • Language of display and manuals
  • Power supply voltage, plug type and DC option for travel
  • Quantity, destination country and the delivery terms you want (for example EXW, FOB or CIF).

Documents to ask for

Buyers ask for CE marking under the EU MDR or the destination country's registration, ISO 13485 for the maker, and test reports to IEC 60601-1 and ISO 80601-2-70 for sleep apnoea breathing therapy equipment and ISO 80601-2-72 for home care ventilators.

Certificates and registrations belong to the product and its manufacturer. We check them with you against the rules of your market before any order.

Do masks come with the device?

Many devices ship with one mask, but patients often need a different type or size. Ask for a mask range with sizes so you can fit each patient.
