Documents to ask for

Buyers ask for CE marking under the EU MDR or US FDA clearance, destination country registration, ISO 13485 for the maker and IEC 60601-1 with IEC 80601-2-49 (which replaced IEC 60601-2-49 in 2018) and the parameter specific parts such as IEC 60601-2-27 for ECG.

Certificates and registrations belong to the product and its manufacturer. We check them with you against the rules of your market before any order.

Will our existing accessories fit a new monitor?

Only if the connector and technology match. SpO2 sensors and ECG cables are often specific to the monitor maker, so send the model of the old accessories or plan new ones in the order.
