- Operative hysteroscope: with a working channel for instruments.
- Hysteroscopic resectoscope: for removal of polyps and fibroids.

Documents to ask for
Buyers ask for CE marking under the EU MDR or US FDA clearance, ISO 13485 for the maker and IEC 60601-1 test reports for electrical units, plus validated reprocessing instructions for reusable scopes.
Certificates and registrations belong to the product and its manufacturer. We check them with you against the rules of your market before any order.
Do we need a fluid management pump for hysteroscopy?
Diagnostic office procedures can be done with gravity flow, but operative hysteroscopy usually needs a pump that controls pressure and tracks fluid balance. Include it in the request if operative work is planned.
