A distribution deal starts with two companies that cannot see each other. The manufacturer does not know who sells well in the destination country. The distributor does not know which factory is real, which documents it holds and whether it already has an agent there.
NJMC works between the two. We are a sourcing, verification and consultancy company in Nanjing, China, and our supplier records were built over three years of sourcing and at trade exhibitions in China.
If you are a manufacturer looking for a distributor
- Tell us the product, the documents it holds (for example CE marking, FDA clearance, SFDA registration, GMP or ISO certificates, DMF or CEP) and the country you want to enter.
- We look for distributors and importers in that country who already sell to the same buyers, and tell you who fits and why.
- We introduce you and help both sides with the documents a registration in that country asks for.
If you are a distributor looking for a manufacturer
- Tell us the products your buyers ask for and the country you cover.
- We match you with makers from our records, and tell you whether each one manufactures or trades.
- Before you sign anything, our independent verification can check the factory, the documents and the goods.
Our own group works on the distributor side too. LNJC, our sister company in Yemen, is registered as exclusive distributor in Yemen for two manufacturers, one in India and one in China (November 2026). Between September and November 2026 LNJC received more than ten cooperation offers from companies in six countries (LNJC inbox, 14 September to 2 November 2026).
