Documents to ask for
Buyers ask for GMP compliant design with material certificates for product contact parts, qualification documents (IQ, OQ, PQ), and CE marking under EU machinery rules (Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, replaced by Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 from 20 January 2027) where sold in Europe. Software for regulated data is often checked against US 21 CFR Part 11.
Certificates and registrations belong to the product and its manufacturer. We check them with you against the rules of your market before any order.
What is the difference between FAT and SAT?
The factory acceptance test (FAT) is done at the maker's plant before shipping, to check the machine against the agreed specification. The site acceptance test (SAT) is repeated after installation at the buyer's plant.
Send us the specification and quantity. We compare manufacturers in China and reply with options, lead times and the documents that come with each product. NJMC sources and checks; it does not manufacture.
